Jay Hass

Jay is a Strategic Advisor at RRE, and is responsible for investor relations as well as supporting our portfolio companies on business development and corporate development opportunities. Previously, Jay spent 22 years at Brown Brothers Harriman as a Managing Director, where he established and managed BBH's Alternative Investments Group, which encompassed private equity, hedge, Asian equity and real estate funds with assets of $1.3 billion and approximately 1,300 limited partners. Before entering the investment world, Jay spent several years in national political campaign management as well as in advertising. Outside RRE, Jay serves as a Partner and CFO at AlleyCorp; CEO of Ionic Recording Company; and as a director of Bridgetown Holdings Ltd. (NASDAQ: BTWNU) and Bridgetown 2 Holdings Ltd. (NASDAQ: BTNB). He serves as an advisor to Raftr, Inc., Decode_M and the M. Night Shyamalan Foundation. Jay graduated from Princeton University with a B.A. in Politics and completed the CFA Institute’s Investment Management program at Harvard Business School. In his free time Jay is an avid runner and cyclist, having completed 22 marathons including multiple finishes at Boston and Death Valley.
